Gratitude In The Process
In Week 2 of The Way of Gratitude, Pastor Tony Stephens walks through Philippians 2:12–18 to show that the journey of faith is a process—not a finish line. Gratitude doesn’t grow in the easy moments; it’s formed through obedience, humility, and trust when life gets difficult.
Paul reminds us that God is working in us to will and to act according to His good purpose. As we walk through seasons of uncertainty, this passage invites us to live out our faith with joy, contentment, and perseverance—without grumbling, without complaint, and with hearts fixed on the Savior who poured Himself out for us.
Discover in this message:
Gratitude is strengthened through daily obedience as God works in us.
Gratitude shines through contentment in chaos, choosing peace over complaint.
Gratitude matures through rejoicing in sacrifice, trusting that nothing surrendered to God is wasted.
Even in the hardest seasons, the way of gratitude reminds us that every step matters and every mile has meaning because God never stops working.
