 I. Evil Never Has the Final Move

Esther 3:1–15

 Haman's pride led him to seek the destruction of an entire people.
 Satan has always opposed God's redemptive plan.
 Even when evil appears to be winning, God is already at work.

Key Truth:
Evil may make its move, but it never has the final move.

II. Comfort Can Become Our Greatest Obstacle

Esther 4:1–11

 Esther was protected inside the palace while her people suffered outside.
 Comfort can cause us to lose sight of God's mission.
 God often prepares us through difficult circumstances rather than removing us from them.

Key Truth:
God didn't position Esther in the palace so she could live comfortably. He positioned her there so she could live courageously.

III. God Calls Ordinary People to Extraordinary Courage

Esther 4:12–17

 God's providence prepares us for moments that require courageous obedience.
 Courage is obedience in the presence of fear.
 God has intentionally placed each believer where they are for His purposes.

God's providence never excuses our obedience—it prepares us for it.
